Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management tool, which will give you total authority over your email box accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-work-with user interface, you can create a new email mailbox account in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Additionally, you can redirect electronic mails from one mail account to another, configure email filters, create autoresponders and guard your e-mailboxes against spam electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your electronic mail accounts against junk email messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unasked-for e-mail messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your emails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a given email mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming messages based on certain criteria set by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can easily set up an e-mail filter for any of your mail accounts and select the email filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming e-mails from one e-mail box account to another, or even to several other email accounts. Just choose the email account you would like to forward email messages from, then select the destination e-mail box and select if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily configure the email client of your liking to access your e-mailboxes. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you would like to set up on your desktop computer or cellular phone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new electronic mail account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple e-mailboxes at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will do everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
